She was predeceased by: her father Norvel James; her husband Bobby Smith; her sister Judy Gant; and her daughter-in-law Linda Smith. She is survived by: her children, Shelia Gurien (Tommy) of Ridgely, TN and Freddie Smith of Ridgely, TN; her brothers, Larry James of Obion, TN and Dale James of Union City, TN; her grandchildren, Corey Smith (Nicole) and Natosha Gurien; and her great grandchildren, Eli Smith, Cora Smith, Madelyn Smith and Michael Smith.
