He is survived by: his wife Lenora Collins of Ridgely, TN.; his children, Angela Collins, Louisville, Cynitha Collins, Cnanah Collins, Ransom, Jada Collins and Christian Collins (Paula) of Farmington Hill, MI.; his siblings, Brenda Johnson of Highland Park, MI., Mary Jarrett and Clyde Tipton of Bells, TN.; and his son Joseph Collins IV.
