He is survived by: his wife Janie Fowler of Ridgely, TN; his children, Barton Fowler (Joanne) of Dyersburg, TN and Jodi Collins (Joey) of Southaven, MS; his siblings, Jackie Fowler of Ridgely, TN, Larry Fowler of Ripley, TN, Roger Fowler of Newbern, TN, Barbara Whitt of Dyersburg, TN and Frieda Hardee of Roellen, TN; his grandchildren, Brittany Fowler and Cati Hodges (Ben); and his great grandchildren, Koen Fowler, Barrett Hodges and Kylan Thomas.
