She was predeceased by: her husband Mitchell Williams of Ridgely; her parents, Lemmie Caudel and Beauton Caudel; and her brothers, William and Bobby Joe.
She is survived by: her sons, Phillip (Rebecca McIntyre), Keith (Glynda Pope) and Larry (Cindy Lafferty); and her brother Jerry (Diana Cutting). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests financial donations in Hesta's name be offered to the Union Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund at the above address.
