He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Abbott and Mattie Thompson Abbott; his wife Imogene Campbell Abbott; and his son Jerry Wayne Abbott. He is survived by: his son Charles Milo Abbott (Kathy) of Dyersburg, TN; his siblings, Jonathan Abbott (Margaret) of Blytheville, AR and Billie Jean Barnes of Wetumpka, AL; his grandchildren, Hollie Hudlow (Aaron), Betsy Hayes (Josh) and Ashley Abbott; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Hudlow, Emily Hudlow, Ava Hayes, Henry Hayes and Abbott Hayes.
