She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira L. Holloway and Lorene Russell Holloway; her husband James Harold Powell; her siblings, Mary Holder, Alice Rawls and Ira Holloway, Jr.; and her grandson Ryan Powell.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Powell (Julie) of Martin, TN and Michael Powell of Collierville, TN; her brother James Holloway of Franklin, TN; her grandchildren, Laura, Stephen, Brad and Kayla; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Aiden, Levi, Annalise of Kinslee, E. J., Adonis and Amiyah.
