He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Smith (John); his grandchildren, Landon Hunt, Morgan Smith and Mason Smith; his mother Linda Putt; his aunt Pam Helm; his uncle Bill Cothern (Marion); and his nieces and nephews, Madeline Ficklin, Amelia Cato (Stacy), Garrett Cothern and Brandon Brummett.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home (337 E McMurry Blvd, Hartsville, TN 37074). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
