He is survived by: his spouse Miss Nina Jo Bennett; his children, Century Farm, Dwayne Qualls (Sherry) of Rickman, TN and Karen Prichard (Randy) of Rickman, TN; his grandchildren, Rusty Qualls of Nashville, TN, Tyler Prichard of Nashville, TN, Fiance Haley Reagan of Nashville, TN and Courtney Cunningham (Adam) of Nashville, TN; his great grandchild Poppy Cunningham; and his sister-in-law Anna Ruth Qualls.
