It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Harris of Riceville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Harris and Esta Mae Harris; his sister Eva Harris Dockins (Glen); his niece Eva Faye Slack; and his parents-in-law, Alvin and Kate Sneed Carter.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Carter Harris; his brother-in-law Butch Carter (Kim); his nieces, Glenda Moss (Dick) and Brooke Greene (Joe); his great-nieces, Laura Fulbright (Kyle) and Renee Slack; and also, Porter Fulbright and Emmitt Fulbright.
