He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Allen Campbell of Athens, TN; his brothers, Jeff and Rick Wade; his mother-in-law Iona Morgan; and his brother-in-law Ronald Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife's children, Dustin, Kenneth, Brandy and Mistina; his wife Donna Wade; his children, Tabitha Hunt (Jeremy Hunt), Mistina Brown (Tom Richards), Brandy Stiegler (Hector Olavarria-Negron), Kenneth Fairbanks and Dustin Fairbanks; his sister Charlotte; and his siblings-in-law, Mysti Morgan, Krysti Morgan and Mark Morgan.
