With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Cantrell Womack of Riceville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Cantrell and Clara Mae Hodge Cantrell; her spouse Arsey William Womack; her son Mark Womack; and her sister Frances Garrison.
She is survived by: her sons, William Steven Womack (Peggy) of Murfreesboro, TN and Phillip Wayne Womack (Susan) of Riceville, TN; her grandchildren, Jeremy Womack (Crystal) of Hixson, TN, Mark Womack (Amy) of Smyrna, TN, Chris Womack (Tiffany) of Asheville, NC, Lucas Womack of New York City, NY and Michael Womack of Tampa, FL; and her great grandchildren, Whitney, Ella Grace, Brooke, William and Mila. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tennessee Childrens' Home, Spring Hill, TN.
