It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Morrow Elliott of Riceville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 12, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. M. Morrow and Nell Bryan Morrow. She is survived by: her son Jimmy Elliott (Robbin); her granddaughter Alisha Dawson (Ethan); and also, Billy and Crystal Beshears.
