Stanley Robert Jordan Obituary
Stanley Robert Jordan, age 70 of Wolf Creek in Spring City, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton. He was born in Bledsoe County on October 29, 1951, the son of the late Standefer and Verna (Hughes) Jordan.
Stanley lived in Rhea County most of his life. He was employed as a laborer at several waste plants, and he enjoyed hunting and repairing lawnmowers.
He is survived by his mother, Verna Jordan of Hickory, NC; his four brothers, Jerry Jordan of Rhea County, Ronnie Jordan of Yellow Creek, Michael Jordan of Caesar, NC, and Lonnie Jordan of Hickory NC; and his four sisters, Sheila Jordan of Morganton, NC, Hester Burkhalter, Jewell Citsay, and Lynette Grider, all of NC.
He is also survived by his seven sons, Scottie Jordan of Spring City, Ronnie Howard Anthony Jordan and Stanley Robert Jordan Jr., both of NC, Roy Daniels of Rhea County, and Junior Ford, Chris Ford, and Robbie Ford, all of Meigs County; his seven daughters, Chasity Daniels of Dayton, Angel Jordan and Mary Jordan, both of Rhea County, Lynn Patton and Kandy Ceragioli, both of North Carolina, Rhonda Daniels of Rhea County, and Crystal Jordan of North Carolina; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, uncles and aunts, cousins, and nephews and nieces; and his long-time companion, Amanda Lyke of Spring City.
Graveside funeral services for Stanley will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 12:00 noon at Hughes Cemetery in Bledsoe County with Stanley's uncle, Junior Hughes, officiating.
The family is being cared for by Vanderwall Funeral Home in Dayton, TN.
