He was predeceased by: his wife Helen C. Parks; his parents, Albert F. and Gladys A. Price Parks Sr.; and his siblings, Albert Parks Jr., Joby Parks and Shirley Pendleton.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Parks of Spring City, Rick Parks (Terry) of Spring City, Pam Hall (Larry) of Gallatin, TN and Tracey Boshears of Nashville, TN; his sister Alma Fisher of Elyria, OH; and his grandchildren, Brandlyn Bell, Ashley Parks, Kristy Puckett, Chelsea Dunn, Heather McClung, Cameron Hall and Scott Hall. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
