He is survived by: his wife Sarah Juanita Mingie; his sons, Mitchell Mingie of Reliance and Gary Mingie (Donna) of Cleveland; his grandsons, Justin Mingie of South Carolina and Isaiah Mingie of Cleveland; and his brother Bill Wilson of Cleveland.
