She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert N. Evans; her parents, Parnick Waldrop and Ollie Waldrop; and her sister Opalene Freeman. She is survived by: her children, Henrietta Mae (Doug Jones), Regina Kay (Tony Jones), Parnick Nath (Robin Evans) and Hubert Jeffery (Debbie Evans); her grandchildren, Alisha Evans, Justin (Trista Jones), Christopher (Nicole Peels), Michael Peels, Matthew Evans, Dylan Jones (Sandi Coonley) and Kaylynn Evans (Bristal Evans); her great grandchildren, Emmy Jones, Josie Jones, Belle Peels and Noah Peels; her pet Brindle "Johnny" Evans; and her close friend Ruth Ledford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bordwine Funeral Home (203 Ohio Ave, Etowah, TN 37331). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hiwassee Union Cemetery (3638 TN-30, Reliance, TN 37369).
