She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Thomas Bates; her children, Heather Carver and Jessica Carver; her mother Blanche Bates Taylor; and her siblings, Holly Campbell, Randy Bates and Willard Bates. She was also cherished by Several nieces, nephews and extended family.
