He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph Franklin; his wives, Polly Lee Hall and Nona Blair Hall; and his siblings, Tom Hall and Artie Lowe.
He is survived by: his parent Addie Hall; his sons, Jamie Hall, Ronna Hall of Reliance and Vince Hall of Cleveland; his siblings, Lonas Hall, Dora Johnson and Dean Hicks; and his sisters-in-law, August, Melba, Eula Mae Merrell, Jerry Ervin, Willene Ervin and Frank Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
