He was predeceased by: his parents, Dyeo Lowe and Doris Swann; his brother Pat Lowe; his grandparents, James and Betty Lowe; and his aunt Arvie Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Lowe (Melissa), Renee Bowen (Jesse) and Brande Benson (Marshall); his grandchildren, Gemma Bowen, Brianne Benson and Tearyn Smallen (Terry); his great grandchild CoraLee Smallen; his sisters, Joyce Scroggs and Kaye Perian; and his nieces and nephews, Tonya, Teresa, Matthew, Melanie, Steve, Angie and Melissa.
