He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Bilbrey and Joyce Bilbrey; his siblings, Melissa Bilbrey and Terry Wayne of Scottsville, KY; and his sister-in-law Sharon Bilbrey of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
