He is survived by: his children, LilyAnne Elizabeth Spratlin and Timothy Nathaniel Spratlin; the mother of his children Angela Slayton Spratlin of Westmoreland, TN; his brother Ricky Spratlin (Gina) of Greenville, MS; his brother-in-law Gary Williams of Cedar Hill, TN.; his nieces and nephews, Britney Williams, Bree Spratlin Hodge, Laura Beth Iversen, Kyle Williams, Seth Spratlin, Sara, Jack, Ben, Jaylene and Justine; and also, Billy, Bobbie Slayton, Cherie, Marty Crowder, Jody, Angela Slayton, Joe and Candi Slayton.
