He is survived by: his children, Erica Scruggs, Thomas Carpenter, Michael Carpenter, Cassidy Warner, Courtney Carpenter, Shannon Carpenter and Molly Carpenter; and his close friend Tina Young Knepple. He is also survived by 9 Siblings.
