She is survived by: her sons, Zachary Carlisle of Mt. Juliet and Landan Carlisle; her parents, Larry Smith and Elizabeth Colter Smith; her siblings, Melissa Smith (Julie Atkins Smith) of Nashville, Peggy Smith (Kenna McDonald) of Lafayette and Stevie Smith (Chrissy) of Lafayette; and her nephews, Austin Smith, Brooklyn Driver, Dylan Smith, Miles Wright (Jess) and Destin Wright (Brooke).
