Smith; her daughter Tracy; her son-in-law Randy Carver of Lafayette; her son Neel; her children-in-law, Tammy Smith of Lebanon, Ben, Kelli Carver, Jordan, Hannah Carver, Peyton, Tyler Ring, Parker and Julianna Smith; her great grandchildren, Haidyn, Raelyn, Maverick, Owen, Griffin and Hayes; her sister Debby; her brother-in-law Mike Prock of Lafayette; and her brothers, Ken (Susan Witcher) and Russ (Tera Witcher). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
