He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Douglas Belcher and Louise Myrtle Choate Belcher. He is survived by: his daughter April Diane Belcher; his grandchildren, Troy Belcher, Portia Flamm and April Sky Kuhn; and his great grandchildren, Erian Belcher, Jorden Belcher, Jon Turley, Candy Flamm, James Graves, Aryan Sutton, Lukie Hardagen and Adeline Graves.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to the funeral expenses.
