She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Bandy (Valla) of Lafayette and Tanner Bandy (Jesilyn Lewis); her close friend Felipe Herrera; her brother David May of Georgia; and her grandchildren, Malaya, Wesley, Brailyn, Zaiden and Paxton Bandy.
