He is survived by: his wife Deann Halsey; his son Joey Ray Halsey; his brothers, William Halsey (Gayle) of Lafayette, TN, Chris Halsey of Lafayette, TN and Bobby Fleek (Krista) of Tompkinsville, KY; and his uncle Herman Caldwell (Maxine). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
