He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Blankenship (B. J.) of Lafayette, Cathy Farley Tesauro (Ray) of Lafayette and Christopher Hix (Becky); and his children-in-law, Andrea, Lance Brooks, Carly, Adam Eaton, McKinzie, Jonathan Topper, Sha and Richard Kinsey. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
