It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Wayne Proctor (Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee), who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara L. Hoagland Proctor; his parents, Wesley Proctor and Geraldine Evans Lassiter Proctor; and his brothers, Donnie Proctor and Kenny Lassiter.

He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Proctor (Jerry Atkins) and Stevie Lassiter of Lafayette; his stepbrother Casey (Billie Lassiter) of Smyrna; his stepson Nathan (Jamie Jones); his stepgrandchildren, Timothy, Tanesha and McKenna; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Layla.
