He is survived by: his wife Joyce McDonald Bilbrey; his children, Melissa Bilbrey and Terry Wayne of Scottsville, KY; his daughter-in-law Sharon Bilbrey of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Roy Bilbrey of Lafayette and Pauline; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Andrews of Tracey City, TN and Benton Massey. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
