He is survived by: his wife Creola Birdwell of Hermitage Springs; his daughter Pamela; his son-in-law Clinton Hill of Lafayette; his sons, Donnie (Nanett Birdwell) and Kenny (Rhonda Birdwell); his grandchildren, Ethan (Taylor), Paige, Alex, Nicholas, Jared, Kolby and Hailey; his siblings, Coleda Stevens Jenkins (Neal), Nelda (Lemuel Allen), Denise (Shawn Carroll) and Dayton; and his sister-in-law Brenda Birdwell of Tompkinsville, KY..
