With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Smith of Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on August 19, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Jannie Smith; his children, Tracy (Patrick Murray), Crystal Stephens of Hopkinsville, KY, Chasity Smith of Scottsville, KY, Janel Faulton, Timothy Smith, John Paul Smith (Karley Copas) and Jerry Smith of Scottsville, KY; and his half-siblings, Elizabeth Scruggs, Robert Smith of Scottsville, KY, Charles (Lena Smith) of Scottsville, KY, Jimmy of Scottsville, KY and Jerry Smith of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by 68 grandchildren & 31 great-grandchildren.
The family also respectfully asks that anyone attending the visitation or the funeral service to please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
