He is survived by: his wife Melanie Williams Brewer; his children, Candy Moore (Chris) of Lafayette, Lisa Ann Brewer of Florida and Earl Wayne Brewer, Jr; his stepchildren, Jessica Bohanan of Lafayette and Jacob Brown of Scottsville, KY; his mother Jane Reed Brewer of Gallatin; and his siblings, Donna Johnson (Larry) of Gallatin, Cindy Slayton (Donald) of Elizabethtown, KY and Steven Brewer (Debbie) of Castalian Springs. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews.
