He is survived by: his wife Lydia Lowe (Dodd); his children, Tori Dawn (Chris Comer), Ashley (Charlie), Mayfield-Ingham (Joe Ingham) of California and Rodney Lowe of Oregon; the mother of his children Jeannie Lowe of California; and his siblings, Mary Lowe of California, Janet Lowe of California and Jim Lowe of California. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren.
