He is survived by: his wife Patty Wood Clemons; his parents, Arthur L. Clemons of Gainesboro and Susan Johnson of Smyrna; his siblings, Kelly Jane Mayes of Nashville, Hailee Clemons of Murfreesboro and Art Clemons (Lenora) of Bell Buckle; his niece Kristin Manzione (Peter); and his nephew Andrew Mayes.
