She was predeceased by: her husband Lowell Smith; her son Maxie Steven Smith; her parents, Delton Carver and Dorothy Oliver Carver; her sister Barbara; her brother-in-law Harold Fryman; and her brothers, Billy (Carol Carver) and Shirley Smith.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Lowell; her daughter-in-law Diana Smith; her daughter Melinda; her son-in-law Neil Ferguson of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Kastonia (Steve Herron), Krystal (Jason Sallee), Brittni (Johnathan West), Brylee (Cheyenne Smith) and Shane (Shaye Ferguson); her great grandchildren, Haleigh (Tyler Eller), Hunter Herron, Adalyn, Corbin Sallee, Kaybri, Kalan, Kaya West and Esme Jean Smith; her great great grandchild Keegan Eller; her brothers, Bobby (Nancy Carver) and Randy (Tracy Carver); and her brother-in-law Ronald Smith of Pleasant Shade. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
