He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Jackson Smith; his children, Lorai Smith of Readyville, Robby Smith of Murfreesboro, Rebecca Reed (Randy) of Morrison and Adam Smith of Morrison; his siblings, Sammy Smith of Bardstown, KY, Jim Smith of Ohio, Tommy Smith, Michael Smith of Rockvale, Anna Mary Nation of Taylorsville, KY, Hazel Smith of Bardstown, KY, June Abston of Bon Aqua and Patsy Smith; his grandchildren, Jesse Smith (Chelsey), Ashtyn Smith, Darwin Reed, James Michael Reed (Haley), Easton Reed, Lilly Reed and Rachel Reed; and his great grandchildren, Grace Smith and Keensley Reed.
