He is survived by: his wife Jindra Jobe Mullins of Fulton, KY; his children, Sharon Kohl (John) of Ramer, TN, Richard Mullins (Kim) of Selmer, TN and Mark Mullins of Jackson, TN; his brothers, Bobby Mullins of Walnut, MS and Jerry Mullins of Hohenwald, TN; his grandchildren, Nick Cook (Monica) of Bethel Springs, TN, Logan Cook, Jon Kohl, Chris Mullins, Rachel West (Rj), Chase Kohl and Jack Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Cook, Marley Cook, Kyran Kohl, Gryffin Cook, Landon Kohl, Gus Cook and Jace West. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
