He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Wayne Mullins; his uncle A. C. "Moon" Mullins; and his brother-in-law Ron Wilkinson. He is survived by: his mother Kay Selle Mullins Wilson; his wife Kim Mullins of Ramer, TN; his son Matthew W. Mullins of Ramer, TN; his stepfather Pete of Ramer, TN; his brother David Mullins (Sophia) of Collierville, TN; and his parents-in-law, Gerald and Fannie Wilkinson of Moscow, TN. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
