He was predeceased by: his parents, David M. Osborn and Pattie Bright Osborn; his siblings, Wilma Sweatman, Peggy Sanders and Johnny Osborn; and his grandson Trevor Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Osborn; his children, Michelle Osborn, Freda Smith (George), Norman Lee Wolfe, Dennis Wolfe, Renea Melton and April Tucker (Eric); and his sister Nella Steadman. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
