It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tristin Wayne Matheney of Quebeck, Tennessee, born in Smithville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Chase Davis; and his father David Wayne Matheney (Terri) of Cedar Creek, TN. He is survived by: his mother Nicole Michelle Griffin (Kelly) of Cookeville, TN.; his daughters, Mylayh Matheney and Aniyah Matheney; the mother of his children Mykaela Slatton; and his sisters, Cheyenne Matheney, Sierra Matheney, Mia Davis, Chelsey Batson and Keely Griffin. He is also survived by Several brothers and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
