He was predeceased by: his father George Titus Barlow; his sons, Richard Barlow and Christopher Barlow; and his stepson Joshua Miktarian. He is survived by: his wife Minda Barlow of Quebeck; his stepchildren, Paul Miktarian of Sparta and Veronica Miktarian of San Diego, California.; his grandchildren, Kelly Greene (Kevin), Payton Barlow, Heather McCloud, Luke Justus, Alissa Justus and Thea Miktarian; his great grandchildren, Kasen and Kanen Greene; and his sister Janice Curtis (Tim).
