He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Hendrixson and Barbara Presley Hendrixson of Quebeck; his daughter Anita Martin (Austin) of McMinnville; his brother Jerry Wayne Hendrixson of McMinnville; his grandchildren, Severen and Selena Martin; his aunt Beverly Myers (Clayton) of McMinnville; his uncle Jewell Presley of Spencer; and his friends, Michele and Ron Howard of Quebeck.
