She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. "Good Buddy" Blaylock and Mamie Suttles Blaylock; her sons, Dale Clark and Danny Clark; her grandson David Joseph "Joey" Clark; and her siblings, Betty Davis, Sandra Yates and Paul Samuel Blaylock.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Clark (Shelia) of Quebeck, TN; her grandchildren, Dain Clark (Ashlea) of Walling, TN and Darla Tollison (Shawn) of Walling, TN; her great grandchildren, Cassie Clark, Ellie Clark, Trenton Pryor and Tripp Tollison; and her brother Joe Blaylock (Bonnie) of Dickson, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to help the family to assist with funeral expenses.
