He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Dillon Rutherford and Willie Spivey; his sisters, Joyce Seibers and Janet Howell; and his daughter Bonnie McBride Spivey.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Baker (Jennifer), Jennifer Watts (Donnie), Miranda Crook (Brad), Jason Spivey (Charlene) and James Spivey; his grandchildren, TJ Melton (Cierston), Katelyn, Dickerson, Josh Rushing (Brooklyn), Joseph Taylor (Cora) and Brittany Spivey (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Weston, McKenna, Harper, Aydalyn, Fischer, Kaw Liga, Jayden, Braxton, Blake, Raylon, Rynn and Remy.
