He was predeceased by: his father Lenard Ray "L. R." West; and his grandparents, James "Buck", Marylene Yates, Leonard and Faye West.
He is survived by: his siblings, Meredith West Jones (Todd) of Sparta, Matthew West (Nicole) of Brentwood, TN and Morgan West (Kerri) of Sparta; his mother Lisa West Whitehead (Gerry) of Cookeville; his grandparents, Kermit and Lilly Vickers; his uncles, John West (Deb) and Rickey Yates; his aunt Diana Carter; and his caregiver Lora Cox. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
