He is survived by: his wife Barbara Madge of Quebeck, TN; his children, Danielle Upshaw (Jeff) of Cookeville, TN, Kimberly Sheridan (Dale) of Fairborn, OH, Mari Lynn Madge of Florida, Geoffrey Madge of Missouri and Stephen Madge of Washington; and his brothers, Robert Madge (Cheryl) and Gary Madge.
