He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Ada Louise Phifer Jones, Sr.. He is survived by: his brother Eric Jones (Donna Wallace Jones); his children, Cindy Kollmorgen (Don) and Chris Jones (Teresa Ann); and his grandchildren, Jace Kollmorgen (Kristi), Emilee Winn, Evan Jones, Ean Jones, Eli Jones and Olivia Jones.
