It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Randall Wagner of Puryear, Tennessee, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wagner and Norma Jean Holden Wagner; and his brother Ricky Wagner. He is survived by: his children, Chad Wagner of Whitlock, TN, Chris Wagner (Malory) of East Prairie, MO, Samantha Wagner (Joe Elkins) of Puryear, TN and Melissa Wagner of Chattanooga, TN; his siblings, Bertha Cummings (Ron) of Paris and Sonny Wagner (Brenda) of Henry, TN; and his grandchildren, Josie Wagner, Sawyer Elkins, Jase Elkins, Reece Wagner, Isla Wagner and Brock Wagner.
