It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia White (Puryear, Tennessee), born in Buchanan, Tennessee, who passed away on February 21, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Jackson and Hinda Irish Paschall Jackson; her husband Clifford White; her daughter Freda Overcast Bolding; her siblings, Sue B. Hall, Carroll Jackson, Robert Jackson and Norman Jackson; and her grandchild Reese Adams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Rainey (Joe T.) of Puryear, Anita Carroll of Mayfield, KY, Verla Smith (Rex) of Puryear, Sherla Adams of Murray, KY, Eva Smith (Phillip) of Louisville, KY and Vicki Plumley of Paris; and her granddaughter Jenny Wilson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
